Underrated and overrated

How often a champion is picked says how much players like it, not how strong it is. Each list sets a champion’s place on its role’s strength list, with who plays it taken out, against its place on the role’s pick list. Underrated champions are picked far less than their strength ranks them, overrated ones far more. Off-role picks are left out: they have their own page.

How it’s computed. Strength comes from the tier model, which takes out mastery, rank and games on the champion, plus how the champion did beyond that in your filters. How often it’s picked is its share of the role’s picks in the same games. Both lists rank on the gap between the champion’s two places in its role. A champion needs 100+ games in the role, and the role must hold 30% or more of its games, or be its most played.
